Reservations:

Your booking is confirmed as soon as you receive our written confirmation by email, fax or post.

Cancellation conditions:

Please inform us in time if you have to cancel your holiday. In the event of cancellations up to 14 days before your date of arrival, there are no cancellation fees. In the case of later cancellations, we charge 50% of the hotel tariff. The same holds good for late arrivals and early departures.

Dogs:

Bringing your dog incurs a charge of €10 a day! Please bring a dog basket and blanket with you. Please understand that your four-legged friend is not allowed access to our dining or wellness areas.

Arrival and departure:

Your room is ready for occupation from 3pm on day of arrival. We would ask you to vacate your room by 11am on day of departure. You can remain in the hotel on day of departure and use our wellness area. You will find information here on how to reach us by car, rail or air!

Methods of payment:

When settling your bill, we prefer payment in cash or by crossed cheque. You can however pay your bill with a cash card or credit card (except for American Express and Diners Club).

Room & apartment number:

Unfortunately it is not always possible for us to promise you definitely the floor, location and room or apartment number in a specific category.
