The heart of the Hotel Pacher-Hof is its farm dating from the 11th century. The Pacherhof is one of the oldest farms in the vicinity and had already been documented well before the foundation of the Augustinian Abbey of Neustift in 1142. The farm has been the property of the Pacher family at all times, but since 1849 in the name of Huber, as Pacher’s daughter had married a Huber.
